3D Property Tours Augmented Reality Experience is a companion app to the 3D scanning service provided by 3D Property Tours. The app allows users to see virtual models of "real" properties via augmented reality. Imagine removing the roof from your house and being able to look into it as if it was a doll house. Users can listen to narrated descriptions of the property, as well as view vital specs from sources like the MLS etc. Finally, the user can snap a photo of the experience to send to others. The properties that are viewable via the app, are part of the scanning service done by 3D Property Tours. The augmented reality data is cloud based, thus a WiFi or cellular connection is required to view the property. You will need to download a 3D Property Tours Marker to view the property.
